How an inquiry is handled

Every message that arrives through this page is read as a supply question, not as a sales lead to be chased. The first step is simply to confirm what the product is: the name on the label, the active ingredient or fertilizer grade, the formulation, and the pack size. Chemical names are easy to confuse, and several products sold under similar names differ in strength or physical form, so this confirmation avoids a costly mistake later.

The second step is the practical side of supply — how much you need, in which pack size, where it must be delivered and by when. Agricultural demand in Punjab is seasonal, and requirements around sowing and key spray windows are heavier than in quieter months, so a realistic date helps us answer honestly about what can be arranged rather than promising a timeline that cannot be met.

If a product is outside the listed catalogue, say so in the message. Sourcing requests are treated the same way as catalogue inquiries: we confirm what is being asked for, then respond with what can realistically be arranged. Where we cannot supply something, we would rather say that plainly than leave a request open.

Sending an inquiry does not place an order and does not commit you to anything. A purchase exists only once the product, quantity, pack size, price, delivery terms and timing have been agreed in writing by both sides. Product labels and safety data sheets remain the authority for how any chemical product is stored, handled and used, and we will send documentation on request.

Who contacts us

Inquiries come from growers buying for their own fields, from dealers and distributors restocking through a season, and from businesses that need industrial chemical solutions for a process rather than for a crop. Each needs a slightly different conversation: a grower usually starts from a problem in the field, a dealer from pack sizes and repeat volumes, and an industrial buyer from grade, purity and documentation.

Whichever describes you, the more specific the first message, the shorter the exchange that follows. If you are not sure what to include, the guides in our Knowledge Center cover it in detail.
